Una delgada línea separa nuestra percepción de la realidad de la propia realidad. En un giro extraño de los acontecimientos, la percepción de los seres humanos normales y corrientes desencadena la corrupción de la realidad, dando lugar a seres conocidos como distorsiones. Estas distorsiones normalmente aparecen en lugares donde la mente humana está al límite y la tensión generada por este fenómeno se manifiesta en forma de objetos extraños y criaturas peligrosas. Una antigua y misteriosa compañía llamada Intersection afirma tener la solución. Tras seleccionar a una serie de individuos que puedan percibir y lidiar con las distorsiones, pueden reducir al mínimo la amenaza.
No te adentres en la oscuridad a ciegas. Tómate tu tiempo para planificar cada acción, entender el mapa y hacerte con todos los objetos que necesites. Cada objetivo se encuentra en una sala diferente, así que usa los sistemas de seguridad para abrir las puertas y encender las luces que necesites, ¡pero ten presente el uso de energía! Si usas el chat de voz por proximidad, podrás hablar con tus compañeros para dar con la mejor estrategia posible.
Accede a las grabaciones de las cámaras de seguridad que hay por el nivel con el ordenador de seguridad de la sala principal. Desde ahí, podrás comprobar si la ruta a seguir está libre de peligros o si hay anomalías que capturar. Si una criatura acecha en algún lugar al que quieres ir, puedes utilizar el sistema de sonido para atraerla hasta otro lugar. Al jugar con amigos, también podrás llevarles hasta vuestro objetivo de forma segura.
Las distorsiones se adhieren a objetos que han causado angustia a alguien. En función de la dificultad del contrato que aceptes, deberás llevar a cabo tareas sencillas, como organizar cajas; o complejas, como arreglar sistemas eléctricos que requerirán información avanzada. ¡Pero no te preocupes! Intersection siempre envía un manual donde se explica cómo hacer el trabajo.
Equípate con los mejores objetos de la tienda y prepárate para más trabajos y criaturas de lo más peligrosos. A veces es mejor tener un alicate de sobra o una linterna más potente por si acaso.
Juego individual y cooperativo: El juego está diseñado de manera diferente para aventureros solitarios o equipos que quieren morir juntos.
Multiplica los niveles de dificultad: Elige la misión que mejor se adapte a tu nivel de destreza o a los objetos disponibles.
Experiencia de juego progresiva: Hasta la tarea más sencilla te será de utilidad en futuras misiones.
