Nuestra historia comienza cuando Ryu Hayabusa viaja a Estados Unidos para honrar la voluntad de su padre. Al nuevo protagonista, Kenji Mozu, lo acompaña la hábil asesina Kumori. Toma el control de estos dos poderosos ninjas a la vez y descubre sus historias interconectadas.
