Una obra de arte, Sorprendente, inmersivo. Han metido en una coctelera el sistema de expansion por islas parecido a "before we leave", el sistema de acontecimientos-decisiones de Frostpunk, una atmosfera decadente digna de "They are billions", un sistema de recursos y construccion que te transporta a los juegos de Pharaon de sierra... agitas todo eso y te sale una maravilla digna del dios Cthulhu! Si te gustan los juegos de gestion de construccion y gestion, esto te va ha encantar. 12 sobre 10.
El juego es extremadamente parecido anno 1800, la única diferencia es que aquí hay temática de lovecraft, en lo demás no aporta nada nuevo, le falta un diferenciador, incluso necesita mas cosas que poder desbloquear para el late game, también me gustaría que tuviera un sistema de diplomacia y al menos facciones diferentes a las que enfrentarte, pues todos tienen la misma skin de barcos y el mismo estilo de arquitectura, el sistema de ocultistas es bastante tedioso, provoca que las partidas se alarguen sin razón, si ya le copiaron anno, deberían de usar el mismo sistema que tiene para atraer ciudadanos el cual es sencillo, construir casas... También le falta un modo libre que de verdad sea libre, pues si quieres jugar algo así no se puede, ya que de todas maneras tienes que complacer a cthulhu, lo cual me parece bien, lo malo es que si este se molesta lo único que pasa es que termina tu partida con un letrero que dice que no lo complaciste así que tienes que salir al menú principal o cargar una partida guardada, en este punto esperaba ver que al menos destruyera tu culto, lloviera fuego del cielo, o se hundiera la isla.... pero noo !!! la ira de cthulhu solo es un mero letrero, que te manda al lobby, decepcionante para tratarse de un ser omnipotente. En fin, para mi gusto todavía esta verde pues a pesar de que es la versión 1.0 se siente en beta, actualmente solo vale la pena si esta en uento y si no te alcanza para el paquete completo de anno, pues este es mas barato o si ya te harto ubisoft jaja..... También si te gusta lovecraft, pero nada mas.
