Disney Illusion Island es una aventura en 2D dibujada a mano para toda la familia. Ambientada en un mundo interconectado a la perfección, tendrás que explorar todo lo que Monoth tiene que ofrecer, desde las montañas más altas a las raíces más profundas de los terrenos. Mickey y sus Amigos se han ido de pícnic a la preciosa isla de Monoth, pero pronto descubren que no todo es lo que parece y la aventura está servida.
Monoth se divide en tres biomas distintos:
Pavonia - Pavonia, el bioma occidental, es popular por su increíble flora y fauna. Sus espectaculares plantaciones se cosechan para obtener alimentos y suministros, y luego se distribuyen por toda Monoth. Cuenta la leyenda que Pavonia es fértil y próspera gracias a la protección de un pavo real gigante llamado "La Alteza", capaz de envolver totalmente el bioma con sus alas. Pavonia se compone de tres regiones: Tierras Olvidadas, Ciudad Terrario y Cabeza de la Alteza.
Gizmopolis - Gizmópolis, el bioma del norte, es conocido por mecanismos que desafían la lógica. Construido con lo que parece ser una colección de piezas y partes desechadas, es un bioma que nunca para. "The PostOfficer" gobierna este bioma de ingeniería para que sea productivo y automatizado. Gizmópolis es un bullicioso centro de inactividad, debido al nivel de automatización, que provoca una inversión de la productividad. Se compone de tres regiones: Centro de Gizmópolis, MOPS y Punto de Balaceo de Servo.
Astrono - Ubicado en la costa este de Monoth se encuentra el asombroso bioma de Astrono, el bioma de la astronomía. Se formó a partir de la pequeña villa pesquera, Aldea Creciente, y con el paso del tiempo y el cambio gravitacional, comenzó a atraer lunas y estrellas. Cuando las lunas chocaron y se agrietaron, la sustancia lunar que contenían se derramó sobre el mundo, formando estanques flotantes de esplendor y creando el océano galáctico conocido como Cielo Inferior. Astrono se compone de tres regiones: Bahía del Cráter, Aldea Creciente y Cielo Inferior.
