¿Qué piensan nuestros usuarios de Super Smash Bros Ultimate para nintendo?
Hay juegos que te acompañan en etapas, y hay otros que, sin previo aviso, deciden quedarse contigo para siempre. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate es eso para mí: más que un juego, es una excusa para juntarme con amigos, una forma de desahogo, y a veces, una batalla personal contra mis propios reflejos (y la maldita CPU nivel 9). Desde que lo probé por primera vez, supe que Smash Ultimate no venía a reinventar la rueda, sino a pulirla hasta que brille como nunca. Y lo hace. Tiene una alineación de personajes que parece sacada de un sueño febril de cualquier gamer. ¿Que quiero que Ryu le dé una paliza a Sephiroth? ¿O que Steve de Minecraft se enfrente a Bayonetta mientras Sonic observa en silencio? Puedo. Es ridículo. Es hermoso. Lo que más me engancha, sin embargo, no son solo los personajes o la nostalgia (aunque eso ayuda, claro). Es cómo se siente. Hay una especie de ritmo interno en cada pelea que no te lo enseñan los tutoriales. Lo aprendes perdiendo, adaptándote, leyendo a tu rival. Y cuando por fin ejecutas ese combo con precisión quirúrgica, o esquivas por los pelos un Smash final, sentís algo que no se puede ribir bien con palabras. Es satisfacción pura. El modo historia, El Mundo de Estrellas Perdidas, es una locura de contenido. No digo que lo haya amado desde el principio (algunas partes se sienten eternas), pero lo respeto. Es como esa serie que no te atrapa hasta la mitad, pero cuando lo hace, te devora. La cantidad de espíritus, guiños, referencias... es el tipo de fan service que solo alguien obsesionado por los detalles pudo haber armado. Sakurai, gracias por tanto. ¿Tiene fallos? Claro. Online puede ser frustrante, sobre todo si tu conexión no es buena (o la del otro, que suele ser el caso). Y hay momentos en que ciertos personajes parecen injustos, sobre todo cuando jugás contra alguien que literalmente vive en los foros de tier lists. Pero incluso con eso, sigo volviendo. Sigo eligiendo a mi main, sigo cambiando de escenario, sigo intentando ese meteor smash que casi nunca me sale. Smash Ultimate no es perfecto, pero sí es definitivo. Es un carnaval de golpes, de risas, de gritos compartidos frente a la tele. Es el tipo de juego que te recuerda por qué te enamoraste de jugar en primer lugar. Y mientras siga habiendo un control en mis manos y alguien dispuesto a pelear, yo voy a seguir ahí. "Smashando" (si es que se dice así)
